What customers say, over and over
Three things come up in our reviews again and again.
You see the problem before you agree anything
Patrick comes out himself, finds the fault and shows you photos of it, sometimes a video, before a price is even mentioned. No guesswork, and no being talked into work you cannot see.

Once you say yes, the team often starts the same or the next day. They finish the job, sweep up and take every bit of waste away, so your house is left the way they found it, only drier.

Roofing questions Croydon homeowners ask
What happens when Patrick comes out?
Patrick gets up to the problem himself, finds what is causing it and shows you photos, sometimes a video, before anything is agreed. He talks you through what he found in plain English and puts one price on the fix, with no extra or hidden fees. The quote is free and carries no obligation, so if you want time to think it over, you have it.
Do I pay anything up front?
No. Apex take payment on completion, once the job is done and you have seen it finished. There is no deposit to find before work starts, and the price you agreed with Patrick is the price you pay, with nothing added on the day. Flat roofs also come with a 14-day cooling-off period, so you have time to change your mind after saying yes.
How fast can the team start?
Often the same or the next day, once the price is agreed. Patrick comes out, shows you the photos and fixes one figure with you, and his team takes the job from there. For a leak or storm damage, ring 020 8138 0918 and tell Patrick what is happening so he can get out to look at it. The site is left clean, the waste goes with the team and you pay on completion.
What if I only need a small repair?
Then a small repair is what Patrick prices. A slipped tile, a lifted strip of lead or a dripping gutter joint gets the same visit and the same photos as a full re-roof, and he tells you straight when a repair will do the job. The quote is free, the price is fixed before the team starts and you pay once the work is finished.
Got a leak, a slipped tile or a roof you are worried about?
Tell us what is going on and Patrick will come out, find the problem and show you the photos.
